DUTIES OF EVENT VOLUNTEERS

• Room monitors: badge checking, speaker assist, sessiion handouts
• Flow management: provide information, directions and general help to attendees on site
• Exhibit assist exhibitors during set-up, onsite needs and general information

RESPONSIBILITES OF EVENT VOLUNTEERS

• Attend pre-event training session as designated by show management
• Sign good faith volunteer agreement consent form
